Hello-
I am Rebecca Trongaard, Licensed Realtor ® In Willmar Minnesota and the surrounding area since January 2000. Kandiyohi County is a wonderful place to live!
I have been working full time in real estate since I started, I have lived in Willmar since 1985.
My passion is helping the customer. I work very hard to keep up on all of the technological advances. I strive to give every listing I have as much internet exposure as possible!
I have a complete home office, and most important of all- an extremely flexible schedule. I will work weekends, nights and holidays if it is needed to accommodate your schedule.
I specialize in first time home buyers and first time home sellers, residential, rural, and lake properties.
I am also experienced in career/ company relocations and working with several different relocation companies.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband of over 22 years, spending time with my dogs, and volunteering when I have the extra time at the pet shelter.
I have several hobbies including pet portrait painting, painting artwork, woodworking, building things such as sheds and adirondack chairs, artworks that I sell at a consignment store, reading, building dollhouse/miniatures, pottery, and much more. I am always keeping busy and ALWAYS teaching myself how to do something new!
The best advice I have for both buyers and sellers is to hire someone with experience. I have learned much that only real experience can teach an agent. Hire someone who is honest and energetic.
